SoftPeak is seeking a proactive and flexible HR Generalist to handle a variety of HR tasks, with the understanding that in our dynamic small business, you may need to step beyond typical HR responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and supporting various operational tasks to help our growing team thrive.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and job postings, with flexibility to assist in other areas of the hiring process.
  • Employee Relations: Be the first point of contact for employee issues, fostering a supportive and open work environment.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR functions like payroll, attendance, and benefits administration, and offer hands-on support in other operational areas as needed.
  • Performance Management: Assist with employee performance reviews, development plans, and help coordinate team building.
  • Administrative Support: Extra support across various business functions where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond traditional HR tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, small-business environment.

Key Metrics:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: 80% of new hires successfully complete the probationary period.
  • Employee Satisfaction: Maintain employee satisfaction scores of 85% or higher.
  • Retention Rate: Achieve at least 85% employee retention over 12 months.
  • Extra Responsibility Handling: Ability to complete assigned tasks, even outside of direct HR duties.
